01Testing Line Inspection
YIWEI Vehicles boasts the first dedicated new energy vehicle chassis production line in the country, equipped with an automated mobile vehicle inspection line. This enables us to conduct comprehensive and thorough performance testing of completed vehicles quickly and efficiently. The testing line covers various inspection items such as wheel alignment, speed, axle load, braking, lighting, noise level, and skid resistance. The testing procedures serve the following purposes: wheel alignment parameter testing and adjustment to maintain stable straight-line driving capabilities, improve driving maneuverability, and enhance driving safety; speedometer calibration to ensure accurate monitoring of vehicle speed, enhancing driving safety; brake performance testing to ensure excellent braking performance, reducing braking distance during high-speed driving, preventing skidding or deviation, and significantly improving driving safety. In summary, through multi-faceted performance testing, we guarantee the safety and reliability of our vehicles.
02Rainwater Sealing Testing
Our rainwater testing laboratory can accurately simulate natural rainfall conditions for thorough rainwater testing. During rainwater testing, we fully verify the vehicle’s sealing and electrical functionality, assessing its functional and operational reliability during natural rainfall scenarios.
03Dynamic Road Testing
Vehicles that pass the testing line undergo more rigorous road testing, including straight-line acceleration and braking, S-turns, twisting roads, cobblestone roads, Belgian roads, rope roads, and parking ramps, simulating various road conditions. Through simulated road testing, we thoroughly assess the performance of steering systems, drive systems, transmission systems, as well as tire performance, front and rear axles, suspension systems, chassis strength, vibration, unusual noises, driving brakes, hill-start assist, parking, and other performance aspects.
