Recently, the first 9-ton pure electric sewage suction truck developed by Yiwei Motors in collaboration with specialized vehicle partners was delivered to a customer in Inner Mongolia, marking a new market segment expansion for Yiwei Motors in the field of pure electric urban sanitation.
The pure electric sewage suction truck is mainly used for cleaning, collecting, and transporting liquid substances such as sludge, sewage, and feces. It can be employed in urban environmental sanitation management to clean places like sewers and drainage ditches. It is also suitable for the suction, loading, and unloading operations of wastewater and sediment in industries such as refining, steel, chemicals, housing management, and environmental sanitation.
The vehicle possesses powerful suction and filtration systems, enabling it to quickly absorb sewage, sludge, feces, and more. This effectively reduces the labor intensity of sanitation workers and lowers the pollution risks during waste storage and transportation processes.
1.Large capacity, high efficiency
This model of pure electric sewage suction truck has an effective tank volume of ≥3.5m³. It can achieve an absolute pressure of up to 7000Pa during suction operations, with a tank filling time of ≤5 minutes. Its strong suction capability and high operational efficiency allow for rapid cleaning of places such as sewers and drainage ditches.
2.Automatic unloading, intelligent and efficient
It features a one-key unloading function where the tank automatically lifts for unloading, with an unloading time of ≤45 seconds. The lifting angle is ≥35°, and the opening angle of the rear cover door is ≥40°, allowing for a large dumping angle. This ensures thorough discharge of sludge and feces from the tank and facilitates the tank’s daily cleaning and maintenance.
3.Sealed storage, convenient transportation
The sewage suction truck has storage functionality, allowing waste to be stored in the onboard tank, thereby preventing direct environmental contamination. The opening and closing of the rear cover are controlled hydraulically, and the rear cover door is embedded with sealing rubber strips to ensure no leakage or dripping during tank transportation, reducing pollution risks during waste transportation.
4.Safety and reliability
The top of the tank is equipped with an overflow valve and an alarm device. It is also equipped with pressure relief safety valves (positive and negative pressure) to prevent tank collapse in case of worker’s accidental operation. The bottom of the tank is fitted with safety support bars for more stable unloading and increased safety.
As a new type of environmental sanitation equipment, the vacuum sewage suction truck offers advantages such as high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and energy saving. It is suitable for urban sanitation, municipal engineering, property management, and other scenarios.
