After six years of perseverance and achievement, Yiwei Automotive celebrated its sixth anniversary today at 9:18 AM. The event was held simultaneously across three locations: the Chengdu headquarters, the Chengdu New Energy Innovation Center, and the Suizhou New Energy Manufacturing Center, connecting everyone through a live network.

Prior to the celebration, registration began with a flurry of excitement. Leaders and colleagues signed the guest wall, capturing precious moments with cameras.
The event commenced with an opening speech by Chairman Li Hongpeng. He remarked, “Today, we celebrate the birthday of our company, which is like a teenager at six years old. Yiwei is now able to thrive independently, carrying dreams and aspirations for the future. Reflecting on the past six years, we have made remarkable achievements, established our own factory, built a professional team, and successfully created our own brand.”
From the very beginning, we have dared to compete with leading companies both nationally and globally. Throughout this journey, we showcased Yiwei’s unique style and advantages, earning respect and admiration from our competitors. This success is a testament to the intelligence and hard work of every employee. Looking ahead, we will continue to adhere to the philosophy of “specializing, refining, strengthening, and expanding,” deeply engaging in the new energy specialty vehicle sector while enhancing our brand influence both domestically and internationally.
Next, Chief Engineer Xia Fugeng shared his reflections on the company’s growth from a technology-driven startup to a team of nearly 200. He noted that sales have increased from a few million to over one hundred million, with our product line expanding from a single type of new energy sanitation vehicle to a full range of offerings. He emphasized the need for refinement in electrical and control systems, and urged the technical team to remain committed to innovation and long-term development.
General Manager Wang Junyuan from Hubei Yiwei Automotive also addressed the gathering, summarizing the significant achievements in product technology, factory construction, and brand development over the past six years. He outlined the future direction and goals for the company, affirming our commitment to establishing complete vehicle assembly plants nationwide and promoting our products globally to build a great new energy commercial vehicle brand.
Yiwei Automotive’s Deputy General Manager Yuan Feng, along with colleagues working remotely, participated via video conference, extending heartfelt wishes for the anniversary celebration.

Marketing Center’s Zhang Tao reflected on his three years in the sales team, witnessing the company’s rapid growth and his personal transformation. He expressed gratitude for the innovative and pragmatic work atmosphere that taught him to remain calm under pressure and seek opportunities in challenges.
Marketing Center’s Yan Bo shared his journey from a recent graduate to a professional, thanks to the guidance from leaders and support from colleagues, which helped him break through personal barriers.
Marketing Center’s Yang Xiaoyan spoke about the dual nature of opportunities and challenges at Yiwei, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and encouraging everyone to embrace growth opportunities.
Technical Center’s Xiao Yingmin recounted her 470-day journey in the Connected Department, expressing gratitude for the valuable platform the company provided and the mentorship she received, which allowed her to transition from UI design to product management.
Technical Center’s Li Haoze described his growth within the company using four keywords: “adapt, understand, familiarize, and integrate.” He thanked the leadership for their support, which enabled him to transition successfully between passenger and commercial vehicles.
Technical Center’s Zhang Mingfu shared his unique experience joining Yiwei from another industry, highlighting the significant progress he made in professional skills and teamwork.
Hubei Manufacturing Department’s Jin Zheng shared his journey from a newcomer to leading a team of over ten, expressing gratitude for the support from leaders and colleagues.
Procurement Department’s Lin Peng reflected on his three years at Yiwei, emphasizing his rapid professional growth through various challenges.
Quality and Compliance Department’s Xiao Bo noted his evolution from a newcomer to an industry veteran, cherishing the memories of hard work alongside colleagues.
Comprehensive Department’s Cai Zhenglin quoted Xunzi, sharing his appreciation for the opportunities Yiwei provided and his commitment to continued personal growth and value creation for the company.
