This product is a new generation of pure electric wash and sweep vehicle developed by Yiwei Auto, based on their newly independently developed 18-ton chassis, in collaboration with the upper structure integrated design. It features an advanced operation configuration of “centrally mounted dual sweeping disks + wide suction nozzle (with built-in high-pressure water spray rod) + centrally mounted high-pressure side spray rod.” Additionally, it includes functions such as rear spraying, left and right front angle spraying, high-pressure handheld spray gun, and self-cleaning.
The vehicle integrates comprehensive cleaning capabilities, including road washing, sweeping, watering for dust suppression, and curb cleaning. The additional high-pressure cleaning gun can easily handle tasks such as cleaning road signs and billboards. The vehicle is capable of operating without water throughout the process, making it especially suitable for northern regions in winter or areas with scarce water resources. Furthermore, to meet the demand for snow removal in winter, the vehicle can be equipped with a snow removal roller and snow plow, specifically for snow removal and clearance operations on urban roads and overpasses.
The vehicle’s functional design takes into account the different climate conditions and road dirt levels throughout the four seasons, offering a variety of operation mode options. It provides three operation modes: wash and sweep, wash and suction, and dry sweep. Within these three modes, there are three energy consumption modes to choose from: powerful, standard, and energy-saving. It is equipped with a red light mode: when the vehicle is at a red light, the upper motor slows down, and water spraying stops, saving water and reducing vehicle energy consumption.
The centrally floating dual suction extra-wide nozzle has a suction diameter of 180mm, with a built-in high-pressure water spray rod that has a small ground clearance and high impact force, efficiently sucking up sewage with minimal splashing. The side spray rod can automatically retract to avoid obstacles and return to its original position afterward. The rear door of the garbage bin is secured with a latch to ensure stability and tightness. The sewage tank is equipped with an overflow alarm and auto-stop device to prevent overflow. The garbage bin has a tipping angle of 48°, facilitating unloading, and after tipping, the built-in high-pressure self-cleaning device automatically cleans it.
Intelligent Control: The vehicle is equipped with an intelligent control system, allowing users to easily switch between various operation modes with one click, greatly enhancing operational convenience and work efficiency.
Ultra-Fast Charging: Equipped with dual-gun fast-charging sockets, it takes only 40 minutes to charge from SOC 30% to 80% (ambient temperature ≥ 20°C, charging pile power ≥ 150kW).
Integrated Thermal Management: The integrated thermal management system developed in-house manages the vehicle’s cooling system and air conditioning system, ensuring efficient cooling of the vehicle’s electric motor, electronic control, power battery, upper power unit, and cabin air conditioning functions.
Reliability Testing: The 18-ton wash and sweep vehicle underwent extreme cold and high-temperature testing in Heihe City, Heilongjiang, and Turpan, Xinjiang, respectively, validating its performance in extreme environments. Based on the test data, optimizations and upgrades were made to ensure the new energy wash and sweep vehicle performs excellently even in extreme climates.
Operational Safety: Equipped with a 360° surround view system, anti-slip, low-speed crawling, knob-type gear shifting, low-speed crawling, and cruise control auxiliary driving functions to ensure safety during operations. It also features an emergency stop switch, safety bar, and voice alarm prompts to ensure personnel safety during operations.
Notably, the key components of the chassis power system (core three electrics) come with an extended warranty of 8 years/250,000 kilometers, while the upper structure is covered by a 2-year warranty (subject to the after-sales service manual). Based on customer needs, we have established service outlets within a 20 km range, providing maintenance services for the whole vehicle and the three electrics, ensuring customers can buy and use the vehicle with peace of mind.
