YIWEI Automobile has launched a 31-ton electric water sprinkler, which has been modified with a pure electric chassis from China National Heavy Duty Truck Group. Drawing on years of experience and expertise in the sanitation vehicle industry, the company has designed and developed this electric water sprinkler.

01 Customized Development:
Utilizing customized low-pressure water pump motors, the vehicle provides ample pressure and high-flow water sources for the low-pressure sprinkler system, with a flow rate of up to 60m³/h and a range of 90m. The vehicle is equipped with various operational functions such as front spraying, backflushing, rear sprinkling, side spraying, greening water cannon, dust spray control, and external manual spray gun, all of which can be used individually or in combination.
02 Large Capacity:
The tank has an effective volume of 16m³, featuring a large capacity. It is constructed using high-quality, high-strength carbon steel material. Comprehensive CAE simulation and analysis are conducted based on actual working conditions and stress situations, resulting in a more scientifically rational structural design. Automated welding production ensures uniform and consistent tank welds that are durable and leak-proof. The internationally standardized electrophoretic coating process, coupled with baking paint technology, forms a dense anti-corrosion film that is long-lasting and durable.
03 Safety and Efficiency:
The vehicle utilizes a 50 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor directly driving a low-pressure water pump. It integrates a motor controller and a cooling system. The modular design offers advantages such as lightweight, compact size, and high transmission efficiency. Equipped with a rotary control box, it provides convenient operation and various voice prompts for accurate broadcasting of safety tips and fault points, effectively ensuring operational safety.
04 Efficient Services:
This product is designed as a whole vehicle, and YIWEI Automobile provides comprehensive after-sales services. Through the fault diagnosis of a big data platform, remote interpretation and identification of faults can be conducted, avoiding the issues commonly encountered in traditional modified vehicles regarding after-sales services (where the chassis and upper body receive after-sales services from different entities, resulting in unclear responsibilities and low after-sales efficiency).
