On January 10th, in response to the Pidu District Federation of Trade Unions’ call to strengthen connections between enterprises and employees and promote corporate culture building, Yiwei Automobile planned and organized the 2025 labor union “Sending Warmth” campaign. This activity aims to fully utilize the labor union’s role as a bridge between the company and employees, further enhance employees’ sense of belonging and happiness, and create a harmonious working atmosphere.
Following the work deployment and guidance from the Pidu District Federation of Trade Unions, Yiwei Automobile’s labor union attached great importance to this initiative and prepared in advance. On the day of the event, labor union chairman Wang Junyuan brought care packages to Yiwei Automobile’s Chengdu Innovation Center, visiting frontline production workshops and after-sales service departments, delivering packages filled with company care to employees who consistently work on the front lines.
In addition to distributing care packages, Chairman Wang Junyuan engaged in conversations with employees to understand their work and living conditions, particularly regarding recent work challenges and difficulties. He encouraged everyone to maintain a positive attitude, emphasizing that the company would always be their strongest support. Meanwhile, he also expressed high praise and sincere gratitude for everyone’s contributions to the company’s development over the past year.
