The 31-ton pure electric arm-hook truck from Yiwei Automotive adopts a chassis modification jointly developed by Yiwei Automotive and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Chengdu Commercial Vehicle, along with the installation of arm-hook mechanisms, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other components. It uses the Haiwo brand arm-hook loading system, imported European technology, characterized by high strength, scientifically rational system matching, high reliability, long service life, and currently ranks first in the world in hydraulic cylinder technology.
The main purpose of the 31-ton pure electric arm-hook truck from Yiwei Automotive is to transport compressed and reduced household waste from garbage transfer stations to waste treatment plants. It has a large loading capacity and outstanding performance in its three electric systems.
The control mode of the upper structure adopts “display screen + controller + wireless remote control,” making operations more intelligent and simpler. Operations such as loading, unloading, and discharging can be completed by the driver inside the cabin or remotely using a wireless remote control, with a control distance of over 30 meters.
The central control screen can monitor sensor signal status and display upper structure fault codes. It can also transmit data to the monitoring platform through remote terminals, enabling real-time monitoring of vehicle operation status and significantly improving operational efficiency and post-sale fault diagnosis efficiency.
It adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive with hydraulic oil pump, integrated motor controller, and cooling system. Modular design, lightweight, compact size, and high transmission efficiency.
