On August 17-18, Yiwei New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. and the Hubei New Energy Manufacturing Center celebrated their “2024 Annual Team-Building Journey: ‘Summer Dreams in Full Bloom, United We Achieve Greatness.’” The event aimed to enhance team cohesion, inspire employee potential, and provide an excellent platform for relaxation and emotional bonding for employees and their families.
Yiwei Automotive Chairman Li Hongpeng addressed the event, stating, “With the company’s growth, this team-building event was held in two locations: Suizhou in Hubei and Weiyuan in Sichuan. Additionally, some colleagues are on a business trip in the Flaming Mountains of Xinjiang conducting high-temperature tests. In Weiyuan County, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, Shibanhe River, known for its crystal-clear water and unique riverbed landscape, beautifully showcased the splendor of nature. Yiwei team members from Chengdu enjoyed playing in this refreshing water, dispelling the summer heat. Amidst the laughter and joy, the bonds between team members deepened, and their collective spirit grew stronger.
On the second day at the Gufoding Scenic Area, the beautiful natural scenery and diverse game activities made age irrelevant. Everyone immersed themselves in the joy created by these games. Through a series of fun activities, participants not only experienced pure happiness but also deepened mutual understanding and trust in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.
Meanwhile, the Hubei Yiwei team visited the Dahuangshan Scenic Area in Suizhou. With its beautiful mountains and pleasant climate, it was an ideal place to escape the summer heat. Team members drew inspiration from the mountains and waters, strengthened friendships through mutual support, and joined hands at the summit to wish for the company’s success.
On the second morning, with sunshine filling the land, the Hubei Yiwei team engaged in a series of diverse group activities. These activities tested their wisdom and courage while fostering mutual understanding and cooperation. As they overcame challenges together, their hearts became more closely connected, and the team’s strength was elevated through each collaboration.
